We’re so excited to share that the library board has chosen an architect to partner with for the design phase of the building project. River Architects, based out of La Crosse, WI, emerged from our August and September interview and selection process as the perfect choice for our building project moving forward. Principal Architect, Valentine Schute, along with the broader River Architects team, impressed the library board with their expertise and passion for library building and historic preservation projects. The firm has worked with many different libraries, both big and small, to meet the needs of the 21st century library, as well as on a myriad of projects to restore and expand historic spaces.
